My husband and I had a completely positive experience with Rob at Senior Solutions. I had been unhappy with the Marketplace plans I’d selected in the past, and he got me a much better one. Meanwhile, my husband needed help finding a supplemental Medicare plan, and Rob set him up with a very affordable one. I have to share my experience with Senior Solutions, because it has been consistently positive. I turned 65 during the height of covid and needed help to figure out the complexities of the Medicare/Medicaid labrynth. Robert really went out of his way on my behalf. He met me out of doors during lockdown and we at a picnic table in the park. He found me a good supplemental insurance plan, including dental and vision and was willing to meet me a second time when my circumstances and health needs change a couple of years later.
